Drive-in Shelving Systems

- Thin-walled, high-strength and smooth-surface products are created through the cold forming process applied to roll sheets of material grades ST37, ST44, ST52, S420 and S460.
- The bolts, which are of ISO 6.8, 8.8 and 10.8 quality and used during the assembly of the shelf elements, are tightened with torque-adjusted machines and checked to reach the appropriate tightening values with a torque meter.
- By using a welding robot, the welding strength is increased by annealing the products whose welding quality is increased and the penetration test is applied. With the penetration test, the best welding quality is achieved by testing their resistance to fractures and cracks in cases of sudden impact and loading.
- Static and dynamic analyzes of shelf elements are made with the SAP 2000 program. The cross-sections of these elements are in accordance with the regulations and specifications determined by the relevant country, such as Steel Shelf Standards (TS EN 16681, TS EN 15620, TS EN 15620, TS EN 15629, TS EN 15635), Turkish Earthquake Regulation, AISI Standard and Steel Specification. is determined accordingly.
- Durable, bright and smooth materials are obtained by electrostatic powder coating applied to ST37, ST44, ST52, S420 and S460 steels, or by preventing the materials from rusting by galvanizing (pregalvanizing, electro and dipping) method, the shelf life is increased.
- The mechanical or chemical anchoring method applied to the foundation is carried out in accordance with the regulations, preventing damage to the ground and ensuring the appropriate burial depth.

Drive-in Shelving Systems
-It works on the FILO (first in, last out) principle.
-This system is efficient in cold storages and warehouses with a limited variety of pallets.
-It is used in pallets that are stored and shipped in blocks since the desired pallet cannot be reached immediately.
-Since corridors cannot be used in this shelving system, it can be used more efficiently.
-Access to pallets is not suitable for a depth of more than 8 pallets according to FEM standards due to the use of a forklift.
